What Can Be Reported?

The whistleblowing channel should be used for serious concerns where there is a public interest in the issue being addressed. Examples include:

  • Corruption, bribery, fraud, theft, or financial irregularities
  • Environmental breaches or safety hazards
  • Harassment, discrimination, or other serious workplace misconduct
  • Breaches of data protection or competition law
  • Violations of laws, internal policies, or ethical standards
  • You do not need proof to submit a report, but all reports must be made in good faith.

Who Can Use the Channel?

The reporting channel is open to:

  • Employees and former employees
  • Job applicants
  • Consultants, contractors, and temporary workers
  • Suppliers and business partners
  • Other stakeholders connected to Northern Corrugated Cases

Confidentiality and Anonymity

  • Reports can be submitted anonymously
  • All cases are handled with strict confidentiality
  • Personal data not relevant to the investigation is deleted
  • Cases are stored only for as long as necessary
  • No retaliation is tolerated against anyone reporting in good faith
